Scott Robinson - VP of Marketing & Business Development
Scott Robinson has served as an independent consultant to a number of technology ventures and start-ups developing solutions for the healthcare industry. He recently held the position of VP Marketing and Business Development for GestureTek Health. While a senior executive at Dell Canada, Mr. Robinson designed, built and established the largest e-commerce business in Canada, growing online revenues from nil to in excess of $400 million in two years. He formerly served as the President and CEO of MediPort Canada Inc., a firm focused on delivering business solutions to the long term healthcare industry, Mr. Robinson spent four years with the Bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto as Manager of International Banking and as a Commercial Manager. He holds an Engineering Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Toronto and he earned his Masters of Business Administration Degree at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.
Karen Hamilton - Account Manager
Karen has over 20 years experience as a software instructor and technical writer. She has worked with a variety of clients including IBM, Bank of Montreal, Ontario Power Generation and Manulife. In addition to her work with PointerWare, Karen is a freelance writer and the publisher of a website for Toronto women over 40. Karen holds a BA in Business Administration and is currently working toward a certificate in gerontology.
Bernie Blakeney - Software Development
With over 25 years of experience developing advanced solutions for many business sectors, Bernie contributes an immense knowledge of system design and development to our team. From being the founding developer of McCain Foods' World Data Centre to heading a team of developers in creating one of the most advanced Customer Information Systems ever developed for the Energy market, Bernie has seen it all. Bernie has run a successful software design and consulting firm for the past 15 years.

Trevor is a Chartered Accountant who graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Honors Business Administration. Trevor has experience dealing with numerous industries and businesses (private and public). Trevor also owned and operated a service business through University.

Harvey ColemanHaving passed his degree in Physics at Oxford University, Harvey has gone on to work for 40 years in the IT Industry. During this time he has occupied just about every role in IT. He headed pre-sales support for Banking Systems and was responsible for Marketing strategy for the Olivetti Group in the mid 80’s. From 1987 he spent 10 years variously responsible as Managing Director for the Acorn Group plc a public company and computer manufacturer in the UK, President of Olivetti Canada, President of Dell Canada and EVP of Geac, a Canadian based global software company, where he was responsible for companies in North America, Europe and the Far East.
Pamela StewartPamela is a registered nurse and has a BA in Health Administration and a BA in gerontology. She comes from 20 years of senior management experience in health care, with an emphasis on long term and community care. For 4 years, she was the lead health care consultant with clients such as MOHLTC, the City of London, the County of Grey, Bruce County, and several other independent community based service providers. She is currently acting as the Customer Relations Manager.
Peter Evans
Peter is an Advisor within the Venture Services group at the MaRS Centre in Toronto. He has experience in a variety of sectors including digital media, software and telecommunications working for early stage startups and larger corporate clients such as DoubleClick (acquired by Google in 2007), Telus and Canada News Wire. His experience includes research, corporate strategy, product management and brand management gained through his consulting practice and in senior roles with Platespin, FloNetwork (acquired by DoubleClick) and ediaLinx LLP Sympatico. He graduated with an MBA from Queen's University.
Robert QuanceRobert is an MBA graduate who spent his career exclusively in the fields of computing and telecom. Having worked for two very large companies (IBM and MCI) and also having gone through a successful startup in the ISP business Robert is able to provide valuable management advice from a variety of angles.
Michael BorrieMichael is an MD and the head of Geriatric Medicine in London, Ontario. Michael provides input into the application of PointerWare Computer software within the geriatric hospitals and extended outreach services of St. Joseph's Health Care London.
Dennis EnsingDennis is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with significant operational finance and transactional experience. Dennis is currently the Director of Finance at WiseMentor Capital and the CFO at TransGaming Inc.
